How do I pre-register for sessions I want to attend?
No need to pre-register for any of the sessions on the agenda! Attendees are welcome to select their desired session right on site.
From the North Valley
Take Interstate 93 South to Exit 20A towards South Station. Turn left at the light onto Summer Street. The hotel is approximately 0.7 miles ahead on the right just past the convention center.
From the South Valley
Take Interstate 93 North to Exit 20 (South Station). Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Kneeland Street and then take the 2nd left onto Atlantic Avenue. Turn right on Summer Street and the hotel is approximately 0.7 miles ahead on the right
From the East Valley
Follow signs out of Boston Logan International Airport to Interstate 90 West/Massachusetts Turnpike West by way of the Ted Williams Tunnel. Take Exit 25 to South Boston. Keep right at the fork and exit onto Congress Street. Turn right on D Street. Turn right on Summer Street and the hotel is on the left.
From the West Valley
Take Interstate 90 East to Exit 24A (South Station). Go straight onto Atlantic Avenue. Turn right onto Summer Street. The hotel is approximately 0.7 miles ahead on the right, just past the convention center.

By Subway, The “T”
The hotel is located on the MBTA Silver Line at the World Trade Center stop. The Silver Line is accessed via the Red Line at South Station. Once at the World Trade Center stop, proceed 2 levels up to the Mezzanine level. The hotel is located at the end of the foot bridge on Summer Street, next door to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.
The MBTA begins daily service Monday – Saturday at 5:35AM with the last train arriving at South Station at 1:10AM. The schedule varies on Sundays and holidays. Fare costs average between $1.70 – $2.00 per ride.
The Number 7 Bus on the MBTA Bus Line stops outside the hotel on Summer Street. The bus schedule varies depending on the time of week. Monday – Saturday buses start leaving stations at 5:30AM and the last bus leaves at 10:14PM. The cost is $1.50 per trip.

- Snacks will be provided at the opening beer & wine reception on Wednesday.
- Light Breakfast will be available from 8:00am – 8:30am on Thursday morning.
- Box Lunch is provided during the Thursday keynote for all attendees (Pre-Conference attendees will also receive a box lunch on Wednesday).
- Coffee & tea service will be available during various breaks throughout the conference.

You’ll find a range of attire at the conference but generally most attendees are in business casual. Temperatures in conference halls may fluctuate widely. It’s advised to dress in layers.
Attendees will receive an email within one week of event closing with a post-event survey and access information to view presentations via a secure portal from the Digital Summit website. Please note that presentations will not be available to download, but will be available for viewing for 6 weeks after the event.
It’s of utmost importance to us that the conference be informative, valuable and fun for all.
