Lauren’s experience in website optimization goes back almost 10 years, where she began her online career as a website coordinator for a national retailer & catalog company. She then spent five years as a lead SEO at a CRM, full-service digital agency, working primarily on hospitality vertical client websites, providing optimization recommendations that brought bottom line performance up by double digit performance. During her tenure, she took on training and leadership roles in order to educate across verticals within the company frequently providing “new data” to measure the agency’s work. She successfully worked with SEM, Design, and Social Media teams to develop campaigns for clients based upon SEO best practices. She has recently moved on to work in-house at MGM Resorts International focusing on the redesign and launch of the company’s primary website – www.mgmresorts.com – to provide a solution that combines Investor and eCommerce content strategies for the company. She continues to open the communication amongst the various company channels, connecting key members of teams to optimize processes that produce multi-channel, successful campaigns. In addition to providing these connections amongst the teams, Lauren provides data-backed insights from search engines highlighting the performance and potential of new media campaigns for the company.
